How does astrology work?
Astrology is the study of how the movements and positions of celestial bodies—like the Sun, Moon, and planets—relate to life on Earth.
By analyzing these patterns and historical data, astrologers provide insights into personality, relationships, and career paths.
For thousands of years, people have looked to the stars for guidance, noticing patterns between planetary movements and events in their lives.
Evolving through ancient Babylon, Greece, medieval Europe, and the Islamic world, astrology now serves as a tool for self-understanding and modern guidance.
What is a Natal Chart?
A natal chart, also known as a birth chart, is a snapshot of the sky at the exact moment you were born. It maps out the positions of the Sun, Moon, planets, and other celestial bodies relative to Earth, all arranged within the twelve zodiac signs.
Think of it as your personal cosmic fingerprint. The unique alignment of the planets in your chart reflects your personality, strengths, challenges, and potential life paths. Each planet represents a different aspect of who you are.
In essence, your natal chart is a map of your unique astrological blueprint, offering guidance for a deeper understanding of yourself and your life’s journey.
What can I expect in a reading?
In a reading, we engage in a conversation, where your input is just as valuable as the insights I provide. It’s not simply about me telling you everything about your chart; it’s a collaborative process where we explore your life experiences together. The more you share, the more meaningful the reading becomes, as we uncover insights that resonate with your personal journey.
Recording the session is optional but highly recommended. At the beginning of your reading, I will offer to record it for you. You’re also welcome to take notes or highlight important dates. Afterward, I will send the recording to you via email, but remember to download it within 7 days, as I delete all recordings after that time.
All consultations are 100% confidential.
You will receive a Google Meet link at least 24 hours before our session.

That if you’ve opted for a written reading, it may not be as comprehensive or detailed, as it won’t include the personal context and insights that come from how a conversation during a live session would be.
What reading should I get?
My reccomendation would be to start with the "Full Natal Chart Reading," since it includes an analysis of your full natal chart, which helps you understand the grand scheme of your chart but also what may be coming up for you.
I mainly use annual profections, transits, solar returns, and secondary progressions.

How do you combine tarot & astrology for a reading?
The Tarot began in northern Italy in the early 15th century as a game and later became significant in occult practices. Court de Gébelin introduced it to the occult world in 1781, connecting it to ancient Egyptian, Kabbalistic, and Hermetic traditions.
In my practice, I integrate the mystical meanings of Tarot cards with their astrological correspondences to align with your birth chart. This approach helps provide tailored insights, guiding you with clarity and depth in decision-making.
Why is your name AstrologyThyme?
According to Renaissance astrologer, William Lilly, the planet Venus rules over the herb Thyme. The medicinal properties of Thyme add to overall beauty and quality of life. I felt inspired by my favorite healing Venusian herb, but also loved the play-on-words that it added. So AstrologyThyme was born!

Cancellation/Late Policy:
I value both your time and mine, and I always review your chart thoroughly before our session. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking price.
Reminder emails are sent 24 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.
If something unexpected arises and you need to reschedule, I understand—just let me know at least 24 hours before your session to avoid any fees. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, minus any fees from the booking platform.
Late Arrival Policy:
Running late? No problem! However, please note that your late arrival will reduce our session time.
Late Fee & Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule a session without an additional charge if you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
15-Minute Grace Period: You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you join the session within this time, the session will proceed but will still end at the scheduled time.
Late Fee: If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $25 will be added to the session cost.
Rescheduling Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Session: Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. This is allowed once per client in case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
Cancellation after 30 Minutes: If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be canceled, and no refund will be given.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive within the grace period or provide notice of any delays will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
